After graduating from law school in January 1974, Pierre Langevin established his own private practice, still in operation, serving a clientele which consists largely of business people, professionals and companies. In 1988, he co-founded Lacoste Langevin Avocats, and later joined Ekitas in 2013.
As a business law professional, Pierre advises his clients regarding various documents that he draws up or analyses for them regarding corporate constitutions, shareholders agreements and partnership regarding agreements based in business acquisition or sale decisions as well as any other commercial agreements.
Pierre also represents his clients in commercial litigation matters for which they could be confronted in terms of collection, guarantees and insolvency.
